Web Xperts is a software development and technical support company based in Cape Town, South Africa. It was established in 1987 and is the exclusive provider of the highly respected software package Clinic Manager ®, for use in both clinics and hospitals.

Clinic Manager

Clinic Manager ® is a Windows-based, fully integrated Hospital Management Software capable of tracking a patient from a pre-admission booking, through admission, their stay and on to discharge and release. Accounts can be sent via an electronic claims submission process to the various medical aids for swift payment, and any delinquent accounts and outstanding funds can be managed using a separate bad debts system.

The software includes an SMS system that can alert doctors when patients have been admitted, and keep patients informed on the status of their account. A comprehensive authorisation system ensures the medical aids are updated and informed on the care of the patient, should extra days or procedures need to be requested. Clinic Manager ® also includes a detailed credit control system, where staff dedicated to specific medical aids or patients can be set up to only see the accounts they deal with.

Clinic Manager ® currently boasts over 300 patient, transactional, management, credit control and statistical reports which can be sent to either PDF or Excel spreadsheets**.

The program is fully integrated with the iQest and MedPrax price files and EDI submissions can be done via both MediKredit and SWITCH. Currently, we can import electronic remittance advices (ERAs) from Metropolitan, Discovery and Liberty.

Our software complies with all the requirements of the National Hospital Network (NHN).

Requirements:
