Clinic Manager ® is one of the leading Windows-based, fully integrated hospital management software packages available in South Africa and surrounding areas.
Our software is able to handle a broad range of processes relating to a patient’s stay at a medical facility.
Patients can be admitted in real time or, alternatively, be pre-admitted in order to speed up the process. The software can be used to manage the entirety of a patient’s stay (billing and case management) and on to discharge and release. Accounts can be sent via an electronic claims submission process to the various medical aids for swift payment, and any delinquent accounts and outstanding funds can be managed using a separate bad debts system.
An integrated SMS system can alert doctors when patients have been admitted, keep patients informed on the status of their account, or provide useful alert notifications before or following an admission or discharge. A comprehensive case management system ensures the medical aids are updated and informed on the care of the patient, should extra days or procedures need to be requested. We also have a detailed credit control system that allows specific staff members to be assigned specific medical aids that fall under their purview.
Clinic Manager ® currently boasts over 300 patient, transactional, management, credit control and statistical reports which can be sent to either PDF or Excel spreadsheets.
The program is fully integrated with the iQest and MedPrax price files and EDI claim submissions can be done via MediKredit or SWITCH. It is also able to import electronic remittance advice (ERA) files and batch payments sent from the medical aids for quick and easy payment allocation.
Our software is fully compliant with the POPI Act and boasts enhanced security features (such as multi-factor authentication) to ensure your information is protected at all times.
Clinic Manager is also fully compliant with the latest requirements as per the National Hospital Network (NHN).
Clinic Manager ® requires Windows 10 or higher to operate.
